1. Placing an order

When you place an order through our online checkout process, you're making an offer to buy the selected product(s) from us.

Your order is officially accepted when either you receive an "Order Confirmation Email", or the product(s) are delivered to you. Once your order is accepted, we will assign an order number and provide it to you. Please use this number whenever you contact us about your order.

Until one of these happens, the order is not confirmed. If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and you won’t be charged. This could happen due to:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued
• An error in the price or product description
• Payment issues, such as failure to authorize payment or receive funds
• A credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements
• We or our payment processor has a reason to suspect fraud

If your order is canceled, we will notify you and refund any payment you’ve made for the product(s) in a timely manner. Unless stated otherwise by law, the refund for a canceled order will be the full extent of our liability.

2. Payment and prices

The prices for products will be as displayed on our website during checkout, except in cases of obvious errors. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping fees or any transaction fees, for which we are not responsible.

If you pay with an international credit or debit card, the amount on your statement may differ due to exchange rates. Your bank or card issuer may also apply foreign conversion fees, which could increase the total cost. Please contact your bank or card issuer for more information before placing an order.

The personal information you provide when making a purchase is processed electronically for payment and anti-fraud purposes. Payments made through our website are processed by third-party payment partners using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. We do not store or have access to your payment details; these are securely managed by our payment processing partners.

3. Shipping terms

Orders are typically shipped within two (2) business days after payment. However, during promotional periods or special events, shipping times may be longer. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.

We will deliver the products to the delivery address specified in your order. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

All products are inspected and sealed before shipping to prevent damage.

We will send you updates regarding your order status via email. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have reached the "Shipped" status.

Shipping times are calculated based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected during checkout. The available options are:

• Standard Shipping: Two (2) business days processing time + four (4) to six (6) business days for delivery.
• Express Shipping: Two (2) business days processing time + two (2) to three (3) business days for delivery.

All delivery dates provided are estimates only. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote locations. Please note that we can also ship to P.O. boxes.

We do not recommend using the address of mail forwarding companies for delivery, as we are unable to track the products once they arrive at the forwarding company.

The shipping times noted above may not be available in certain circumstances, including:

• If you schedule delivery at a specific time.
• If you provide incomplete or incorrect delivery address information or fail to provide the information necessary to complete your order in a timely manner. We may end the contract if you do not provide the required information within a reasonable time after being asked, and we will not be responsible for late or missing deliveries caused by this.
• If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified address.
• If delays are caused by events outside our control, such as extreme weather conditions, stock shortages, or communication system failures. In these cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delay and take steps to minimize its impact. We will not be liable for delays caused by such events. If there is a substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract or request a refund for any products you have not received.
