We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with easy returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully for all relevant details.
1. Return and replacement policy for faulty product(s)
This section does not apply to returns under the Limited Warranty or if you've changed your mind about a purchase.
If you believe the product is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described, please email us at support@braxtech.net explaining the issue. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps. If a refund is deemed appropriate after inspection, we will process it as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after you notify us of the issue.
We may not accept returns in the following cases:
- Defects or damage caused by misuse, neglect, physical damage, tampering, improper adjustment, normal wear and tear, or incorrect installation after purchase.
- Customized products, unless the customization itself is defective.
We will inspect all returned products to verify the reported issue.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must be undamaged, in "as new" condition, and, if possible, in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product shows signs of damage.
If you report a defective product within 30 days of delivery, you can choose between a repair, replacement, or refund. For issues reported after 30 days, please contact us via email at support@braxtech.net We will either repair or replace the product.
This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.
2. Returns due to a change of mind
We offer a no-questions-asked return policy to ensure you can shop with confidence. If for any reason you wish to return a product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
You are eligible to return a product for a full refund if you notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase. The 14-day period starts from the day you complete the purchase transaction.
We accept the return of used or opened smartphones and accessories. However, products should be returned in near-new condition, which means:
- The smartphone should not have physical damage (e.g., cracks, scratches) or visible wear and tear.
- Accessories (e.g., chargers, cables, manuals) should be intact and included in the packaging.
- All products must be returned in their original packaging with any included materials (e.g., manuals, warranties).
We reserve the right to not refund fully or only refund your order partially if any of the conditions above are not satisfied.
A restocking fee may apply if items are missing from the original product or packaging. The fee will be calculated based on the value of the missing items. We recommend ensuring that all parts, accessories, and packaging are included to avoid additional charges.
3. Return Shipping Costs
We cover all return shipping costs. Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
5. Product Exchanges
We offer product exchanges only in the case of a defective or faulty device, provided the issue falls under our Limited Warranty Terms. If the product is found to be faulty, we will exchange it for the same model, subject to availability.
6. Non-Returnable Products
For health and safety reasons, certain items like earphones may not be returnable once opened, unless they are faulty.
7. Limited Warranty
All smartphones purchased from our store come with a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. Please refer to our Warranty Terms document for detailed information on warranty coverage and limitations.
8. Local and International Returns
We only accept returns if the product was purchased directly from our store, whether local or international. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for products purchased from other sellers or distributors.
9. Return Process
To initiate a return, you will need to provide your order reference number. Please contact our customer support team at support@braxtech.net to begin the return process. Our team will guide you through the steps, including providing a prepaid return label.
